Our Shipping Policy

We try to ship orders as soon as possible.
Since we manufacture most of our merchandise,
it takes us about 3 days to process, make & ship orders.

Pet ID tags usually are sent the next day.

The estimated shipping date will be on your E-Mailed receipt.

A Shipping Notice will be e-mailed to you when the order is sent.

Our Shipping Rates

Most of our orders are under 1 lb.
and are sent 1st. Class Mail
wich costs from $2.45 to $3.65.
Packages that weigh 15 oz. or more
are sent U.S. Postal Priority Mail.
Up to 1 lb. costs $5.75 to $7.16
depending on where you live.
On large orders we charge $11.95
if you live in the United States
no matter how much you order.
If you enter you Zip Code and select
Priority on our Shopping Cart
it will caculate the correct rate.

Pet ID Tags are sent in an envelope for $2.45,
up to 3 additional tags cost nothing extra to send.
The Shopping Cart will correctly figure this by itself.

We do not ship offer over night shipping.
It just doesn't make sense since there is often
a 3 day turnaround for us to make your order anyway.

Foreign orders are sent U.S. 1st. Class Mail International,
only 7 to 10 days for delivery.
The Shopping Cart will figure it for you, just
select the country you want the order sent to.

Our Shopping Cart sends an automated E-Mail receipt.
Some time later you will also receive OUR RECEIPT
with the correct shipping rate and estimated shipping date.

Our Exchange Policy

You can exchange any item,
as long as the merchandise isn't damaged.
except for customized items
(name tags, items with names added, etc.).
Any price differences will be
added or deducted from your bill.
We will charge you for the shipping.
Be sure to include a brief note telling us what you want done.

Our Return Policy

You can return any item,
as long as the merchandise isn't damaged,

(name tags, items with names added, etc.).

We will then refund your credit card
or issue you a check (if you paid by check)
for the value of the merchandise.

Our Privacy Policy

We use the PayPal shopping cart.
for your personal information.
It scrambles the information before
it is sent on the internet.
Only your computer and the PayPal
server know how to unscramble it.

You do not have to sign up with PayPal, you
can use it use like any other shopping cart
and just enter your credit card information.

All our customer information is kept
private, confidential and to ourselves!

We hate junk mail, especially Junk E-Mail!
How do they expect to accomplish anything
when they offend you with Junk E-Mail first.

We appreciate our customers and would never Spam them!
